    • Assemble the pump by fixing the silicone milk cup, selecting the correct flange size (17mm, 19mm, 21mm or 24mm), and ensuring the one-way valve is properly placed..
    • Position the pump comfortably inside your bra, making sure the nipple is centered in the flange.
    • Press the power button to switch on the pump.
    • Begin with massage or stimulation mode to gently trigger milk let-down.
    • Switch to expression mode once milk flow starts and adjust the level gradually for comfort.
